Agreement
By using Kept, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Kept does
Kept lets you record the things you buy, store photos of their receipts, track warranty periods and get reminders before they end. Receipt text recognition happens on your device and may not always be accurate — please check the details it fills in.
Warranty information
Warranty terms are set by manufacturers and sellers. Dates and reminders in Kept are based on the information you enter and are for your convenience only. Kept does not guarantee that a manufacturer or seller will honor a claim. Always confirm the actual terms with them.
Your data
Your items and receipts are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups of anything important, for example by exporting a CSV or claim pack. Deleting the app erases this data from the device.
Acceptable use
Do not use Kept to create false receipts or documents, or in any way that breaks the law.
Disclaimer
Kept is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed warranty deadlines or rejected claims.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the app from time to time. Continuing to use Kept after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
